Full Monte is the birth of pristine hand picked Barossa Montepulciano fruit from our mates at Forage Supply Co. macerated in our All Day Dry then pressed off. What is produced is a beautifully aromatic gin with punchy dark fruits, chocolate & spice creating a textural and warming impression.
Juniper, Black Pepper, Pink Pepper, Pepperberry, Wattleseed, Dried Lemon Peel, Lime, Navel Orange, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Cassia Bark, Indian Coriander Seed, Almond, Angelica Root, Licorice Root, Orris Root.
We find Full Monte is appreciated on ice with twist of Orange or with a Lemon wedge we along side a dry style tonic.
A nice spicy Ginger Beer is also a crowd favourite mixer with the Full Monte!
