Full Monte is the birth of pristine hand picked Barossa Montepulciano fruit from our mates at Forage Supply Co. macerated in our All Day Dry then pressed off.
This year’s vintage spent 6 days on skins, drawing out juicy ripe blackberries, dark cocoa richness, and warm spice–but with a lighter, lifted profile than last year. Still bold and fruit-forward, but now even more perfect for long pours with soda or in a refreshing spritz.
