Full Monte is back — and she’s brighter than ever.Full Monte is the birth of pristine hand picked Barossa Montepulciano fruit from our mates at Forage Supply Co. macerated in our All Day Dry then pressed off. This year’s vintage spent 6 days on skins, drawing out juicy ripe blackberries, dark cocoa richness, and warm spice–but with a lighter, lifted profile than last year. Still bold and fruit-forward, but now even more perfect for long pours with soda or in a refreshing spritz.
Juniper, Black Pepper, Pink Pepper, Pepperberry, Wattleseed, Dried Lemon Peel, Lime, Navel Orange, Ruby Red Grapefruit, Cassia Bark, Indian Coriander Seed, Almond, Angelica Root, Licorice Root, Orris Root.
We find Full Monte is appreciated on ice with twist of Orange or with a Lemon wedge we along side a dry style tonic.
A nice spicy Ginger Beer is also a crowd favourite mixer with the Full Monte!
