Inspired by our pursuit of the ideal cocktail gin (and our passion for Spicy Gimlets), we hunkered down and carefully concocted Hot Honey. Our latest creation marries locally sourced Adelaide Hills honey with a good helping of Jalapeño and Carolina Reaper, offering a blend of floral sweetness and a gradually building, lingering heat.
